Purposes of the processing

AROMEN BVBA collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (customer administration, order/delivery follow-up, invoicing, solvency follow-up, profiling and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising).
Legal foundation for the processing
Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Act.

Transfer to third parties

If required to achieve the set purposes, the customers’ personal data will be shared with other companies (in the AROMEN BVBA group) within the European Economic Area, which are linked directly or indirectly with AROMEN BVBA or with any other partner of AROMEN BVBA.

AROMEN BVBA guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the time necessary to satisfy legal requirements (in terms of bookkeeping, among others).

Right to inspection, improvement, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data

The customer has at all times the right to inspect their personal data and can have it improved/improve it should it be incorrect or incomplete, have it removed, limit its processing an object to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on said provisions.

Furthermore, the customer is entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, standard and mechanically readable form) of their personal data and to have said personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is requested to:
-Adjust the settings of their customer account; and/or

Direct marketing

The customer is entitled to object free of charge to the processing of any processing of their personal data aimed at direct marketing.


The customer has the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Privacy Protection Commission (35 Rue de la Presse, 1000 Brussels - [email protected]).

Loylymasters app Privacy Policy

Why does Loylymasters app request permission to access to my camera ?

QR Codes are scanned through mobile camera, user will have to put QR code or Bar code in front of the mobile camera and it will detect the code and relevant result will be displayed on mobile screen. So this app asks for the permission of camera and they are not used in any other way.

The pictures integrated in the session receipes can be taken from your mobile camera. These are only stored for the session receipes and for no other purposes.

What does the Loylymasters app do with my information?

AROMEN BVBA uses your information to send you app marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Am I entiled to licenses?

All licenses are an extra service offered by AROMEN BVBA and can not be claimed by any private or business customer. Aromen BVBA holds the right to entitle any license how they want.

Hazardous Essential Oils

- Essential oils are very concentrated and need to be doses very carefully

- Some essential oils are flammable, keep them away from fire.

- Some essential oils are hazardous for the enviroment. Dispose them in a enviromental-friendly way.

- Always store essential oils in a cool dark place.
